Job summary

Teradyne in the Philippines is seeking a Material Planner to manage the worldwide service materials flow and ensure on-time delivery to customers. You will review spares requirements, forecast demand, and coordinate with global teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or a related field, 4–5 years of material planning experience, and proficiency in Power BI and data tools. Strong communication, flexibility, and Urgency mindset are essential, with no visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferably with 4-5 years Material Planning experience.
• Proficient MS Office applications including Power BI and Query.
• Knowledgeable in AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot).
• With high sense of urgency and ability to interface with different levels in the organization worldwide.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall flow of service materials worldwide to meet delivery targets.
• Review and analyze service spares requirements monthly and execute on-time purchases.
• Perform Demand Forecasting & Analysis.
• Perform parts inventory analysis aligned with SLA.
• Review weekly repair schedule and align capacity with Repair Operations.
• Provide RCCA reports on delivery issues and related matters.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely feedback and escalation as necessary.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects.

Opportunity Overview

• Responsible in managing the overall flow of service materials worldwide to cater Teradyne Customers and ensure delivery targets are met
• Review and analyze service spares requirements monthly or as the need arises including Last Time Buys, recommend budget changes with justification and execute on-time purchases
• Perform Demand Forecasting & Analysis
• Perform parts inventory analysis to align with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Review weekly repair schedule & perform capacity alignment with Repair Operations
• Provide Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) report on delivery issues and other related issues
• Respond to customer inquiries through internal channels, and provide timely feedback & updates, and escalade, as necessary
• Work closely with global cross-functional teams on related matters
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects
