Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Production/Material Planner (GCS-CSO, Cebu) to manage service materials flow worldwide and ensure timely delivery. You will forecast demand, analyze spares, and coordinate with Repair Operations to align capacity, delivering RCCA reports and updates to customers.

You will collaborate with global teams, leverage AI tools and Power BI for analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adapting to flexible schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field preferred.
• 4–5 years material planning experience preferred.
• Proficient MS Office applications including Power BI and query tools.
• Knowledgeable in AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot).
• High sense of urgency and ability to interface with worldwide teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall flow of service materials worldwide to meet delivery targets.
• Review and analyze service spares requirements monthly and execute on-time purchases.
• Perform demand forecasting and analysis.
• Perform parts inventory analysis to align with SLA.
• Review weekly repair schedule and align capacity with Repair Operations.
• Provide RCCA reports on delivery issues and related matters.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates and escalation as necessary.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects.
