Job summary

Royu Industrial Corporation, through its Royu Wires division, is seeking a Production Manager to lead end-to-end Wires plant operations and extrusion excellence in Calumpit, Bulacan. You will oversee daily workflows, optimize output, and uphold safety and quality as you drive continuous improvements across the site.

You will manage materials, WIP, and finished goods with warehouse coordination, use SAP for planning and reporting, and mentor production supervisors to foster a high-performance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Licensed Engineer preferred.
• 5+ years in a managerial capacity within manufacturing.
• Strong extrusion process experience is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for production planning and material tracking.
• Solid foundation in inventory control and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant workflows to hit output targets and uphold safety standards.
• Direct extrusion-focused production activities to improve yield and reduce waste.
• Coordinate raw materials, WIP, and finished goods with warehouse teams.

As Production Manager, you will oversee daily plant workflows, optimize output, maintain strict safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across our Calumpit operations.

• Plant Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily manufacturing workflows to hit output targets, enforce safety protocols, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization & Extrusion: Direct production activities with a specialized focus on refining extrusion processes, improving yield, and minimizing material waste.
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Manage raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods in close coordination with warehouse operations to ensure steady material flow.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Monitor production KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• ERP Management: Utilize SAP for comprehensive production planning, resource allocation, inventory tracking, and executive reporting.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and shop-floor personnel to foster a high-performance, accountable culture.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background and practical experience in extrusion processes (a strong advantage).
• Hands-on experience using SAP for production planning and material tracking.
• Solid foundation in inventory control and warehouse management, paired with strong analytical capabilities to solve operational challenges.
