Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in Rosario, Cavite, Philippines, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality and timely achievement of production targets, and drive improvements to optimize productivity and operational excellence.

You will develop daily production plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and report to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or any equivalent degree.
• Knowledgeable in electronic components operation and application.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural team, with strong leadership and good communication skills.
• Willing to work at Rosario, Cavite and in a shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily production plans to meet revenue targets and operational goals.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure the line is in compliance with quality system and company rules.
