Job summary

Essity is seeking a Machine Assistant for our Goa manufacturing plant. The role involves operating and supporting a medical devices production line according to fixed specifications and SOPs, while adhering to HSE standards.

As a shift-based position, you will monitor equipment, perform setup and changeovers, ensure material readiness, and help maintain product quality. The role requires 3+ years of experience and relevant mechanical/electrical training.

Qualifications

• High School + ITI or diploma in mechanical/electrical.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Machine Assistant in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot the production line and ancillary equipment.
• Maintain quality per specifications and SOPs.
• Record data and complete documentation (BMR, inspections, data logs).
• Coordinate with shift teams to ensure safe, efficient operation.
