Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily factory operations and ensure delivery according to the master schedule. You will coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse and QA/QC to keep targets achievable and on time.

Responsibilities include translating weekly goals into daily targets, assigning resources, and running daily meetings to preempt bottlenecks and ensure quality, safety, and performance metrics are met.

Qualifications

• Strong production leadership and manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability in production scheduling and meeting deadlines.
• Experience reading production drawings and understanding fabrication processes.
• Proficient in basic Excel/ERP for production planning.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own daily factory production and ensure timely project completion.
• Execute the master production schedule with Industrial Engineer.
• Translate weekly targets into daily production targets.
• Assign manpower, machines and work areas by priorities.
• Conduct daily production meetings to review progress and risks.
• Monitor CNC, bending, welding, painting, assembly, wiring and packing for quality.
