Job summary

Prime @ Technology Specialists, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Production Helper to join our manufacturing team. You will follow standard operating procedures for apprentice work, receive materials from the roll forming area, and assist in final finishing to ensure quality products.

Daily tasks include housekeeping, safe work practices, proper material handling, and clear communication with your team. Manufacturing experience is an advantage, and punctuality and reliability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure to follow the standard operating procedure for the support groups (apprentice work)
• Receive roofing and standard sheating material from roll forming area.
• To support on lift manually roll-formed sheating and/or product and ensure proper communication, coordination to have unison working with your team
• To prepare sheathing on the press tables by ensuring that sheathing is properly sealed together with moulds or jigs (Refer to the work instruction for apprentice works)
• Conduct pricking of materials then finishing of the product after demoulding and performing lapping together with the leadoff finisher technicians (quality check).
• Assist in final finishing product.
• Segregation of mixed scrap items into separate lot according to the nature and type of the material and keeping them in designated bins/location at scrapyard for disposal
• Ensure to conduct housekeeping daily like sweeping floor in the production area
• Ensure that the health and safety protocols of the company are being strictly followed.
• Always report to his supervisor for Daily work activities, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions that he may have observed.
