The Production Helper works closely with production operators and team members to ensure efficient and safe production while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist production operators and team members with the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Handle and load raw materials, components, and supplies to ensure availability for production runs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including cleaning machinery, tools, and production areas.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Officer.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
