Job summary

A manufacturing company based in Pampanga is seeking a Machine Operator to handle roll forming, bending, and slitting of materials. Responsibilities include labeling finished products, assisting in inventory organization, and maintaining cleanliness in the plant. Ideal candidates should be high school or vocational graduates, physically fit, and willing to learn machine operation. Experience in the industry is a plus, but not required for application.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or Vocational graduate is required.
• Physical fitness to lift heavy objects is necessary.
• Knowledge in minor machine troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Preferably held the same position in the same industry, but not required.
• Physically fit.
• Can lift heavy materials/objects.
• Knowledgeable in Machine Operation is an advantage, but not required, at least willing to learn.
• Can operate roll-forming machines and is knowledgeable in minor troubleshooting.
• Willing to undergo training for skill enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines for roll forming, bending, and slitting based on orders.
• Label finished goods and ensure proper arrangement.
• Assist in loading/unloading coils and maintaining cleanliness.
• Assist Forklift Operator in loading and unloading of coils.
• Assist in unloading and arranging coils during direct shipments from suppliers.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials for dispatch per DR or TOA.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of plant premises and machineries.
• Immediately report irregularities to Plant Head or superiors.

Job Responsibilities

• Machine Operators in roll forming, bending, and slitting of client’s order based on approved Job Order (JO).
• Labeling of finished goods and bended accessories after production. Ensure that the produced items are properly arranged and labeled per JO, DR, and RA number for easy retrieval upon pick-up or delivery to client.
• Assist Plant Inventory Officer in the organization of raw materials (coils), finished goods, and hardware accessories.
• Assist Forklift Operator in loading and unloading of coils.
• Assist in unloading and arranging of coils inside the plant during arrival of direct shipment from suppliers.
• Assist in proper loading/unloading of materials for dispatch, pick-up, or transfer to other roll forming plant based on approved Delivery Receipt (DR) or Transfer of Assets (TOA).
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the plant premises and machineries.
• Immediately report any irregularities found inside the plant premises to Plant Head or superiors.
