Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Production Supervisor to oversee daily sheet metal production across turret punching, laser cutting, welding, riveting, polishing and finishing at Kallang Sector 3.

You will plan manpower across processes, coordinate material flow, optimize operations, and establish quality standards to meet daily output, quality and delivery targets. Salary up to $5000 per month, with AWS and 2 months variable bonus included.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sheet metal production across turret punching, laser cutting, welding, riveting, and finishing.
• Plan and allocate manpower across production processes to meet daily output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate material flow across sequential manufacturing processes for smooth, efficient production.
• Optimize turret punching and laser cutting operations, including tool selection and process parameters.
• Establish and maintain process standards and quality for flattening, polishing, welding, and riveting.
• Troubleshoot production issues such as warping, distortion, and misalignment.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily sheet metal production activities across NCT turret punching, laser cutting, welding/riveting, polishing/finishing and related processes.

• Plan and allocate manpower across production processes to achieve daily output, quality and delivery targets.

• Coordinate material flow across sequential manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• Optimize NCT turret punching and laser cutting operations, including tool selection, turret layout, hit sequence and process parameters.

• Establish and maintain process standards and quality requirements for flattening, polishing, welding and riveting operations.

• Troubleshoot production and technical issues, including sheet metal warping, welding distortion and riveting misalignment.
