Job summary

Brother Industries (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support production processes and drive continuous improvements. Candidates with and without experience are welcome; those with up to 1 year of related experience are an advantage.

The role emphasizes knowledge of QC tools and capabilities in capacity planning, progress monitoring, and recovery planning, alongside strong communication and leadership skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Experience is not mandatory, fresh graduates are welcome.
• 1+ year related experience is advantageous.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering

• With or without experience

• With at least 1-year related experience is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in Basic/New QC Tools

• Have experience in Production Capacity Planning, Progress Monitoring and Recovery Planning

• Have experience in Implementation of improvement activity / Small project activity

• Willing to be assign in production processes and Improvement

• With very good communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
