Job summary

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a qualified Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to operate machinery, ensure processes meet standards, and uphold GMP and HACCP guidelines in a food manufacturing environment. The role requires shift flexibility and strong communication across all organizational levels.

The candidate should have a BS in engineering and be prepared to work in hot/cold production areas while performing quality checks and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS ME, EE, ECE, IE or other engineering course.
• Previous working experience in a food manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule and in a hot / cold environment
• Must be able to communicate in all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Operates machine/equipment as assigned.
• Processes products in conformance with established standards and procedures.
• Adheres to GMP, HACCP/food safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Conducts quality checks to ensure products meet quality parameters
