Job summary

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients to recipe and portion mixes (icing, brownie base, cupcake batter, etc.)
• Operate mixers, ovens, Hupfers and other assigned machines; load/unload trays and Hupfers
• Prepare workstations (trays, pans, paper cups), prepare toppers/extenders and preheat equipment
• Check and receive raw materials from warehouse/GIP (goods-in-process); verify quantities and basic quality (expiry, packaging condition).
• Follow cleaning schedules for equipment and work areas; dispose of waste according to site procedure
• Maintain simple production records/documentation (end-of-shift outputs, machine checklists)
• Assist in roving duties to outlets when required; perform assigned ad-hoc tasks to meet output
