Job summary

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to assist in assembly, dismantling, and preventive maintenance of machines across the production line. You will also perform pre- and post-operative checks to ensure equipment readiness and proper shutdown procedures.

You will record machine and process parameters, conduct in-process product processing, and manage inventory of raw materials and tools. You may support other lines as needed and handle tasks aligned with your skill level.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
• Wamiliar with basic maintenance checks and safety practices

Responsibilities

• Assists the Master Operator in the assembly, dismantling, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
• Performs Pre-Operative and Post-Operative checks based on the established checklist to ensure readiness and proper shutdown of machines.
• Records and monitors machine standard parameters and process parameters using Production Monitoring Sheets.
• Conducts processing of products in accordance to In-Process Specifications.
• Conducts inventory checks of raw materials, tools, and loose items before and after operations.
• Receives, inspects, and verifies raw materials and operating supplies issued to the production line.
• Assists in operational activities across other production lines as required.
• Performs tasks assigned by the immediate superior in line with qualifications and skill level.
