Job summary

Moog in Baguio City, Philippines, is seeking a Cluster Leader I to plan, coordinate, and monitor work centers to achieve SQDCL goals. You will oversee operations, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement in a safety-conscious environment.

Reporting to the Production Area Manager, you will lead a small team, conduct coaching and performance reviews, ensure compliance with 5S and quality standards, and coordinate with other clusters to align schedules and capacity.

Qualifications

• Education: at least a three-year technical course or three years of college with six months vocational training.
• Experience: minimum 3 years in relevant operations; at least 1 year in supervision or team leadership.
• Competencies: leadership, planning, organizational skills, problem solving, and knowledge of CQI principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor workload, processes, equipment, and manpower.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and quality standards are met.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and develop team members and manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and drive operational discipline.
