Job summary

You will conduct time studies, establish standard times, assist with production planning and manpower allocation, analyze capacity, and ensure accurate costing and pricing information for ongoing production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of production process and manufacturing operations
• Ability to prepare operations breakdowns and process flow
• Knowledge in time study, standard time, and work measurement
• Basic understanding of product costing and pricing
• Ability to analyze manpower, machine capacity, and production efficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• Good communication and coordination skills
