PM Consulting is seeking a Production Assembly Technician for a contractual 3-month opportunity in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. The role focuses on assembly, quality checks, and maintaining production schedules in a structured manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will follow detailed instructions, perform hands-on tasks, and remain reliable and punctual throughout the contract period. This position offers exposure to a robust production setting and opportunities to learn standard procedures

Qualifications

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive, and detail-oriented work.
• Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to finishing the full contract period.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and production schedules.
• Follow standard procedures to ensure each unit is put together correctly and consistently.
• Meet daily output targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Handle parts, tools, and materials carefully to avoid damage or waste.
• Inspect assembled units and components for defects, damage, or deviations from specifications.
• Report quality issues, shortages, or equipment problems to the supervisor right away.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, as required by the production team.
• Follow company safety rules and use protective equipment where required.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Support good housekeeping practices across the production area.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to keep the production line moving.
• Take on additional production-related tasks as assigned, depending on operational needs.
