Responsibilities

• Execute layout and assembly of print assets (A4 posters, leaflets) at high volume.
• Populate templates using client data and product information from Excel.
• Integrate pack shots, pricing and descriptions into brand layouts.
• Prepare files for direct-to-print production and client approval.
• Maintain 100% accuracy and consistent quality across repetitive tasks.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly efficient, detail-oriented Production Artworker to join our team. This is a dedicated technical role focused on the high-volume execution of print-ready assets for a major wholesale account.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, speed, and template mastery are more important than conceptual design, this is the position for you. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into polished, standardized marketing materials.

Core Responsibilities

• High-Volume Production: Execute the layout and assembly of fundamental print assets, including A4 posters and multi-item promotional leaflets.
• Data-Driven Layouts: Utilize Excel spreadsheets and client-provided data to accurately populate standardized Adobe InDesign templates.
• Asset Management: Correctly integrate product pack shots, pricing, and descriptions into established brand layouts.
• Print Preparation: Ensure all files meet technical specifications for direct-to-print production following client approval.
• Quality Control: Maintain 100% accuracy across repetitive tasks, ensuring brand consistency and data integrity for every item.

Required Technical Skills

• Expert Adobe InDesign: You must have an advanced command of InDesign, specifically with Styles (Character, Paragraph, Object), Parent Pages, and Grid Systems.
• Excel Proficiency: Comfortable navigating and manipulating Excel data to drive the artwork creation process.
• Technical Artworking: Deep understanding of print production requirements, including bleed, slugs, color profiles (CMYK), and high-resolution image handling.
• Efficiency: Proven ability to manage large-scale production cycles without compromising on quality or deadlines.

Project Scope

• Primary Output: A4 Posters, Point-of-Sale (POS) signage, and multi-page product leaflets.
• Workflow: Data Input → Template Population → Client Approval Cycle → Print.
• Focus: Technical accuracy and speed-to-market.

Work Schedule: Initial is 4pm to 1am PH then flexible/ negotiable after
