Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in graphic design or production design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
• Experience preparing files for print production and/or digital publishing.
• Highly organized with strong file-management and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Resume and portfolio are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and preflight creative files to ensure they are production-ready.
• Review files for typography, layout, image quality, color, dimensions, and prepress requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Retouch, resize, format, and prepare images for print and digital use.
• Ensure assets meet brand and production standards.
• Create and update design collateral to support editorial and marketing initiatives.
• Organize, maintain, and archive digital files and assets.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team throughout the production process.
• Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and file organization.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with high accuracy.
