Job summary

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong typography and color theory skills.
• Ability to translate concepts into visual assets.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience preparing files for production and printing.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, visual layouts, and marketing materials for digital channels (social media, website, email campaigns) and print (banners, flyers, brochures, packaging)
• Ensure all visual assets comply with company brand guidelines, maintaining consistent typography, color palettes, and visual style across all platforms
• Partner with marketing, HR, and operations teams to translate project requirements and concepts into effective visual designs
• Perform photo retouching, image manipulation, and basic layout formatting as needed
• Organize and maintain a clean digital library of design files, stock photos, and raw creative assets
• Prepare final production-ready artwork and files for external printing vendors
