Job summary

Excellence Appliance Technologies, Inc. (Whirlpool Philippines) is looking for a Training Coordinator to develop and maintain product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is communicated during training sessions.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of Business Management, Marketing Management or related course.
Work experience in related field is an advantage.
Must be a people person with good communication skills.
Must be willing to do field work; trustworthy, organized, honest and hardworking.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain product knowledge and ensure accurate product information is communicated during training.
Prepare training materials, guides, handouts, quizzes, and examinations.
Monitor and evaluate training activities and participants' progress.
Assist Product Trainer in conducting promotional, merchandiser, and dealer training programs.
Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations and training materials.
