Job summary

AI Rudder is seeking a Project Manager for data labeling and operations in multilingual ASR/NLP models for the Philippines region. You will oversee data collection, annotation, and quality controls, coordinating distributed teams and vendors to meet project timelines and KPIs.

Fluency in English and Filipino, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with Python and Codex for data generation and analysis are required. The role is office-based in Makati with Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 1 year of experience in project management for data labeling, data annotation, or data operations in LLM field.
• Fluency in English and Filipino (English is official working language).
• Proficiency in Python and Codex for data generation, processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, cleaning and annotation of high-quality datasets for Multilingual ASR/NLP models for the Philippines region.
• Benchmark and evaluate LLM-powered voice assistants, identify edge cases and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Define and enforce linguistic annotation guidelines across languages to maintain phonetic accuracy.
• Lead distributed teams of overseas part-time contributors and vendors to meet timelines and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Algorithm teams to translate evaluation outcomes into product upgrades.
• Monitor model health and report accuracy trends using data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Data Lifecycle Management: Oversee the collection, cleaning, and annotation of high-quality datasets for Multilingual ASR/NLP Models for the Philippines Region to ensure superior model training inputs.
• Model Performance & Evaluation: Conduct rigorous benchmarking and qualitative analysis of LLM-powered voice assistants; identify edge cases in natural language understanding (NLU) and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Multilingual Quality Assurance: Define and enforce linguistic annotation guidelines across various languages, ensuring cultural nuances and phonetic accuracy are maintained in automated voice interactions.
• Project & Vendor Coordination: Lead and manage distributed teams of overseas part-time contributors and vendors; track progress, provide feedback, and ensure deliverables meet strict project timelines and quality KPIs.
• Product Iteration & Innovation: Collaborate closely with Product and Algorithm Team to translate evaluation outcomes into actionable product upgrades, driving the "human-like" quality of our AI voice robots.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data visualization and reporting tools to monitor model health, reporting on accuracy trends and the impact of optimization efforts to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 1 year of experience in doing project management for data labeling, data annotation, or data operations in LLM field.
• Fluency in both English and Filipino. English is our official working language, and Filipino is essential for day-to-day communication with the local team.
• Proficiency in Python and Codex for basic data generation, data processing, and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess excellent organizational, execution skills, and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
