Graduate of bachelor's degree in medical or equivalent.
Proficient in both oral and written communication skills, systematic & organized
Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat)
Can work with minimum supervision

Is responsible for providing clinical, technical, and product support for orthopedic implant systems. The role involves working closely with surgeons, operating room staff, and the sales team to ensure correct product usage, promote adoption, and drive sales growth.
Provide in-theatre support during orthopedic surgeries (trauma, joint replacement, or sports medicine as applicable).
Demonstrate proper handling and usage of orthopedic implants and instrumentation.
Assist surgeons and staff with product selection and application.
Troubleshoot product-related issues during procedures.
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations, workshops, and in-service training for surgeons and hospital staff.
Assist in product launches, trials, and evaluations.
Maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and hospital decision-makers.
Responsible for collecting payments and remitting to our Finance Manager
Report daily activities to GM
Train internal sales staff on product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
Organize and support cadaver labs, CMEs, and surgeon training programs.
Stay updated on orthopedic procedures, market trends, and competitor products.
