Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and hands-on coding in DevOps, CI/CD, and scripting, with a focus on OWASP SAMM and modern security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or related engineering field is desirable.
• 4–7 years in software development, coding (OOPS, C++), DevOps and CI/CD.
• Advanced security qualifications such as CISSP or CEH are ideal.
• Good knowledge of software development environments, IT risk and security solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to enforce security measures.

Responsibilities

• Act as Security Engineer in development and operations daily.
• Build tools and processes for business and engineering teams.
• Code management and maintenance via DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• GitLab usage for daily tracking, source control and CI/CD.
• Support internal security team and cross-functional activities.
• Primary contact for regional engineering teams on best practices.
• Follow-up on internal product security program and vulnerability management.
• Mentor juniors and provide support.
• Regional and global support activities.
