As a Product Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and maintaining quality reports to support data-driven business decisions. You will be monitoring quality metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve product quality, safety, performance, and compliance. By tracking product performance and customer feedback, you will help in enhancing product reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze product quality data from manufacturing, testing, and after-sales processes, and prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain quality records and support the development, review, and updating of quality procedures, checklists, manuals, and product documentation.
Collaboration & Communication: Work with internal and external partners to resolve quality concerns and present data-driven insights and performance reports for continuous improvement.
Customer-Obsessed Quality Management: Investigate customer complaints, warranty claims, and product failures, and provide root-cause analysis with recommended corrective actions.
Product Monitoring & Process Improvement: Monitor product performance indicators, identify process gaps, and conduct root-cause analysis to drive quality and operational improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial) or a related discipline.
A Professional Engineering License is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in product management, technical development, or a related engineering field.
Knowledge in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet) and quality management systems preferred.
