• Identify market needs and trends to develop innovative product constructs for different customer segments (students, seafarers, travelers, etc)
• Collaborates with product teams to design and launch new offerings, Defines product features pricing models, and value propositions for different segments involving cash loans, BNPL, and revolving credit.
• Drives business alignment and strategic integration across different lending products, collaborating with Products, Business Development, Sales and Customer Lifecycle Teams.
• Tracks and ensures new products are delivered on-time, on-scope, and on budget.
• Ensure Product-Market fit by tracking KPIs of new segments.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support product development and successful launches.
