Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Product Planner to drive end‑to‑end delivery from concept through launch and sustained support. The role spans cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, Services, Sales and Marketing to ensure on‑time, objective‑driven product results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management field.
• 3–5 years experience directly related to project management.
• Experience with product development lifecycle management.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to negotiate timelines and priorities across groups.
• Experience with project management tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support product development programs from concept through launch and sustaining, ensuring alignment with objectives, schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate program execution by tracking progress, managing risks and driving issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate product information, requirements and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for product data across business, marketing, engineering and operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Services, Sales and Marketing to align deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, governance reviews and decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement in product planning, information management and lifecycle processes.

The Product Planner is part of a highly cross functional team spanning across Xerox’s business functions that include R&D, Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, Professional Services, Sales, and Marketing to drive Xerox’s brand and product life cycle.

A successful candidate enables successful product delivery through organizational leadership and information management, starting from product conceptualization until release.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Services, Sales, and Marketing, to align deliverables and priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, governance reviews, and decision‑making processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product planning, information management, and product lifecycle management processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management field.
• At least 3-5 years experience directly related to project management.
• Practical experience and knowledge in managing the product development lifecycle.
• Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to track progress, drive actions, and communicate requirement as well as progress reports.
• Collaboration skills, along with the ability to negotiate required timelines among competing priorities.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work with and across various groups and levels of management within the organization.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and influence others towards a common goal.
• Able to analyze complex ideas or requirements and distill them into functional and sustainable processes.
• A demonstrated ability to learn and use various project management tools is required.
