Job summary

Niv Della Beauty Innovations Inc. is seeking a Product Design Specialist to lead consumer product and packaging development from concept to production. You will blend production design, packaging design, and CMF decisions to create beautiful, manufacturable solutions for beauty brands.

Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams, you will translate trends into market-ready concepts, manage dielines and artwork, and ensure brand consistency across product families.

Qualifications

2-4 years in product, packaging, industrial, or graphic design.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer products preferred.
Strong portfolio showing product/packaging development.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; 3D/CAD skills are a plus.
Understanding of materials, printing, finishes, dielines, and manufacturing.
Strong eye for aesthetics, proportions, color, typography, and trends.
Able to work with suppliers, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
