Job summary

Chromaesthetics Inc. is seeking a Graphic/Packaging Designer in Cavite to create innovative and production-ready packaging for cosmetics.

You will align designs with brand standards, specifications and regulatory guidelines while collaborating with Product Development, Marketing, QA, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to meet timelines. The role emphasizes creating 2D/3D packaging concepts, production-ready artwork, and collaboration with external suppliers to ensure feasibility and quality

Qualifications

Creative and analytical thinking to develop beauty products based on trends and user needs.
Technical proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with familiarity in 3D modeling tools and CAD software.
Packaging and user experience awareness focusing on aesthetics, sustainability and functionality in cosmetics packaging.
Collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and articulate design concepts.
Attention to detail in color matching, typography, and material selection during product development.
Educational background in Industrial Design, Product Design, Packaging Design or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop creative packaging concepts and prepare accurate 2D and 3D designs for primary components, secondary boxes, promotional kits, and other packaging materials.
