Job summary

Asurion in the Philippines (Calamba, Laguna) seeks a Technician, Product - Operations to support product pilot runs, monitor parts yield and performance, and maintain accurate technical documentation.

You will prepare client service reports and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Planning and Project Management to ensure smooth production transitions and adherence to quality, productivity and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Undergrad in Engineering or graduate in Technical/Vocational/Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years in production or product operations.
• Experience following SOPs, Technical Data Sheet, and Temporary Change Notice.

Responsibilities

• Support product pilot runs and monitor parts yield and performance.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Prepare client service reports.
