Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a Product Officer who blends product management with UI/UX principles and user research to build innovative Payments and Transfers solutions. You will work with business stakeholders, designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into seamless digital products.

You will conduct user research, analyze data, and collaborate with engineering and marketing to deliver end-to-end product delivery, from ideation through launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in Product Management or ownership.
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Banking preferred.
• Strong PDLC and Agile understanding.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product enhancements.
• Strong UI/UX understanding and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into improvements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive experiences for users.
• Prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and feasibility.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams throughout development.
• Support end-to-end product delivery from ideation to launch and enhancements.
• Prepare product requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure launch readiness.
• Monitor product performance using feedback and analytics.
• Present updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Support post-launch activities and training.
