About XPRESS:

XPRESS is a mobile super-app that provides users with transportation, courier, food delivery & E-commerce services.

The Role:

This position leads the charge in bringing our products to market and driving demand & adoption by new and existing customers. Product marketing involves creating/enhancing the product's image, building its messaging and positioning in the market, launching the product, and ensuring that both our customers & business development team understand the appeal of the product.

If you're a passionate & experienced Product marketer, experienced with both Consumer & Business customers and have demonstrable success in working with emerging products and driving GTM strategies, you're just who we're looking for!

The Responsibilities:

1. Product messaging and positioning - Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors.
2. Content Development - Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content for a variety of platforms (social media, blogs, landing pages etc.)
3. Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the authority on customer, industry trends, and the other industry players.
4. Set and track aggressive KPIs to measure success.
5. Demand generation - Develop and implement strategies to drive awareness and demand.
6. Evangelism - Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to product expert.
7. Build and manage relationships with external partners (marketing agencies, contract designers, etc.) to deliver on marketing activities for content and paid acquisition.
