Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation in Eastwood, Quezon City, seeks a Marketing Executive to support the Product Development Manager across NPD and XPD. This execution-first role conducts market research, drafts briefs, creates product storytelling, and coordinates with R&D and Creatives to translate briefs into formulation and design directions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product management.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to craft product narratives.
• Proficient with data and able to interpret TikTok/e-commerce performance metrics.
• Experience in FMCG/beauty or skincare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly market research and track category trends.
• Prepare competitive benchmarking summaries per product category.
• Identify white-space opportunities and present findings to PDM weekly.
• Draft Marketing Briefs per SKU based on PDM direction.
• Draft CX Briefs for new products entering prototype.
• Coordinate with R&D on changes to briefs when formulations impact claims.
• Ensure briefs are grounded in market data and brand positioning.
• Coordinate with Creatives to translate briefs into formulation and design directions.
• Maintain and update NPD/XPD Master Tracker weekly.
• Track launch readiness across SKU pipelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
