Responsibilities

• Administer licensing generation, fulfillment, activation, renewal, and entitlement processes
• Troubleshoot licensing issues and coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Support customers, partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor licensing operations for timely delivery of entitlements
• Maintain licensing documentation and procedures
• Serve as primary administrator for Revenera FlexNet Operations
• Configure products, packages, features, entitlements, trials, and user access
• Support enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployments in FNO

• Generate licensing reports and KPIs; drive process improvements

Job Description

Licensing Operations

• Administer software license generation, fulfillment, activation, renewal, and entitlement management processes.
• Troubleshoot licensing issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support customers, partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders on licensing-related inquiries.
• Monitor licensing operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of entitlements and software licenses.
• Maintain licensing documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.

FlexNet Operations (FNO) Administration

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Revenera FlexNet Operations platform.
• Configure and maintain products, packages, features, entitlements, trials, and user access controls.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities within the FNO environment.
• Manage system integrations with enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and support systems.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure operational stability.

Customer Experience & Process Improvement

• Drive initiatives to improve customer licensing workflows and self-service capabilities.
• Analyze customer feedback and operational metrics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve fulfillment efficiency.
• Enhance customer-facing processes related to license activation, entitlement retrieval, and software access.
• Partner with stakeholders to simplify and standardize licensing procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, IT, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Support teams to streamline licensing operations.
• Participate in strategic projects related to licensing platform migrations, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system and process improvements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities for licensing-related projects.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate and analyze licensing operational reports and KPIs.
• Monitor system adoption, fulfillment performance, support trends, and customer experience metrics.
• Provide recommendations to management based on data-driven insights.
• Support compliance, audit, and operational review activities.

Required Skills

• 0-1 Year experience in Electronics, Semiconductors, Marketing Operations, Business Analysis, Marketing Communications, or related field

• Education: BS in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT or related field or equivalent

• Has a good background of basic integrated circuit categories and functions (processors, analog, memory, etc.)

• Knowledge in scripting language such as Python.
• Knowledge in using AI tools such as Claude and CoPilot.

• Proficient with data analysis and presentation using Excel, Powerpoint and similar tools.

• Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency. Must be resourceful and proactive.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
