About the role

The Product Marketing Assistant provides direct support to the E-commerce team in executing day-to-day operational, creative, and administrative tasks across product launches, portfolio management, and product communications. The role ensures accurate and timely coordination across product data, campaign requirements, and cross-functional needs. In addition, the role contributes to overall marketing operations and assists the Vice President for Marketing on select strategic and administrative tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a passion for product storytelling and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers in coordinating product launch collaterals, including owners' manuals, product images, packaging content, sell-in decks, and e-commerce requirements
• Ensure product information (specs, images, pricing, benefits) is accurate and consistently updated across internal documents and consumer-facing platforms (website, marketplaces, digital catalogues)

• Coordinate with suppliers for product content needs
• Assist in inventory and timeline tracking for new product introductions and product transitions (discontinuations, model refresh)
• Help consolidate cross-brand or cross-functional inputs, particularly related to product performance and consumer trends
• Assist in PR/PO preparation and payment processing for product- and marketing-related expenses.
• Assist in other Marketing admin activities (i.e. ExAM processing, coordinating product info, collaterals required by Sell In etc.)

About you

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 1–2 years in a marketing or product-related role preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing will be considered
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and basic creative tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe suite)
