I. Description
The Marketing Assistantprovides administrative and project support to a marketing team, contributing to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.They handle various tasks, including market research, content creation, social media management, and event coordination.
II. Principal Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Develop and manage marketing materials like social media posts, website content, email newsletters, and blog posts.
- Help manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
- Conduct research on target markets, competitor analysis, and customer trends.
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns and reports to identify trends, measure performance, and provide insights.
- Assist with the organization and execution of marketing events, such as conferences, pop-up activities, webinars, and trade shows.
- Handle administrative duties like scheduling meetings, managing databases, and preparing reports.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Assist in website updates, SEO optimization, and content management.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.

IV. Education and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related course.
- At least 1 year experience in a related field

V. Skills and Specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
- Creativity thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing/creative tools like Canva, Capcut, AI applications.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and channels is beneficial.
