Collaborate with engineering and QA teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, feature acceptance, testing, and release.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate and validate proposed solutions.
Work alongside the existing Program and Product Manager to translate product strategy into actionable requirements and delivery priorities.
Partner with the UI/UX Designer to ensure consistency in interaction design, accessibility, visual design, and design-system standards.

At least 4-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar digital product role.

Hands‑on experience in user research, journey mapping, workflow design, and usability testing.
Strong working knowledge of Jira, including backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and refinement.
Proficiency in Figma, particularly in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Ability to translate ambiguous business and user requirements into clear, actionable, and testable specifications.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
Comfortable working with distributed, cross‑functional teams.
Experience in media, video streaming, analytics, developer tools, or other data‑heavy products.
Exposure to travel and hospitality, workforce management, logistics, or event management platforms.
Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, or AI‑assisted workflows.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React, or TypeScript (hands‑on production coding is not required).
Be part of a collaborative product environment where you can influence product direction, solve complex user challenges, and work alongside talented design and engineering professionals to deliver meaningful digital experiences.
