Job summary

GCash is seeking a Product Manager for Pay Bills to drive strategy, roadmap, and P&L for the Pay Bills business, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will lead partner onboarding, go-to-market programs, and the creation of product materials, dashboards, and training resources.

Qualifications

• Strong background in product or marketing.
• Preferably fintech, banking, eCommerce or FMCG experience.
• Minimum 5 years working experience.
• Data analysis proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Google & MS Office, with SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implants and provides input to the Product Head with regards to strategy, business direction and overall P&L management for the Pay Bills Business.
• Manages ad hoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time as needed by the business.
• Supports and acts as alternate for the other members of the team in the use case.
• Champions creation and maintenance of product reference materials such as product decks, process memos, contracts, trade letters, dashboard / reports and other supplementary product materials (eg. sales kits, product training videos, etc.)
• Works heavily with various groups for joint business-building efforts.
• Operates as the lead point of contact for internal stakeholders of the Pay Bills Business.
• Collaborates with the Customer team to drive Go-to-market programs and communication strategies for growing the Pay Bills Business key metrics.
• Responsible and/or oversees onboarding and integration of new partners.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Implants and provides input to the Product Head with regards to strategy, business direction and overall P&L management for the Pay Bills Business

We are looking for the following:

• Strong background in product or marketing
• Preferably has experience in any of the ff industries: fintech, banking, eCommerce, FMCG
• Preferably with minimum 5 years working experience
• Driven and self-managed
• Highly skilled in data analysis
• Highly organized and high attention to detail
• Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, specifically Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge and experience using SQL a plus
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
