Job summary

First Circle is building an automated, multi-country SME financial services platform. As part of our CRM initiative, you’ll design accounts, leads and product sales funnels across divisions and currencies, with tight integration to underwriting and loan management.

You’ll own sales systems, automate admin tasks, and drive scalable processes for international teams. This role requires 4+ years in product or systems roles, strong SQL and API fluency, and APAC experience; remote work with travel

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or systems roles owning sales systems or B2B workflows.
• Track record of automating out manual processes.
• Multi-country rollout and APAC experience a strong plus.
• Systems thinker; robust, scalable design; detail-oriented.
• Technically fluent in SQL, APIs, data models; commercially literate.
• Empathy for front-line users; high ownership; precise writing.

Responsibilities

• Design accounts, contacts, opportunities and product sales funnels.
• Automate sales admin; reduce manual tasks.
• Make routing and stage rules configurable by Sales Ops.
• Shadow reps and team leaders to design for real selling.
• Collaborate with engineering; write precise specs.
• Scale internationally; handle currencies and data privacy rules.
• Own adoption metrics and funnel speed.
• Maintain systems-level technical intelligence and correctness.
