Job summary

First Circle in Southeast Asia is building an automated, end-to-end international SME financial services company. We are developing our own CRM to sell intelligently and efficiently across products, divisions, and countries, with deep integration to underwriting and loan management.

As part of this journey, you will design accounts, leads, opportunities, and multi-product sales funnels, automate admin, and ensure flexible routing and ownership rules while collaborating closely with engineering

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or systems roles owning sales systems or B2B workflows.
• Proven ability to automate manual processes.
• APAC experience and multi-country rollout experience is a strong plus.
• Think in systems, design for failure, robustness and scale.
• Fluent with SQL, APIs, data models; commercially literate (funnels, attribution, comp plans, forecasting).
• Strong attention to detail, precise writing and high ownership.
• Deep empathy for frontline users and practical creativity to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design accounts, contacts, opportunities and product sales funnels for multi-product, multi-division, multi-country selling.
• Automate sales admin and ruthlessly remove manual tasks.
• Make routing, ownership and stage rules configurable by Sales Ops.
• Shadow users and design for how they actually sell.
• Collaborate with engineers to write precise specs and ensure production readiness.
• Scale internationally with multi-language, multi-currency, and data privacy considerations.
• Own metrics like adoption, funnel speed and data completeness.
