Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Product Manager for External High-Speed Cable to drive market insights, segment strategies and cross-functional roadmaps in the US. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Marketing to deliver on NPI-to-delivery, optimize costs and portfolio performance.

Responsibilities include market trend analysis, segmentation, US business development, competitive benchmarking, pricing policy and lifecycle management, while leading cross-functional teams and shaping

Qualifications

2–4 years of product management and/or engineering experience.
A 4-year degree is required.
Creative, innovative thinker with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Define market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Conduct market segmentation to develop segment-specific strategies.
Business development in US region—drive sales/FAE/SA to fuel pipeline.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.
Develop product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
Collaborate with R&D and Operations on new products to meet requirements.
Develop market-based cost targets to align with profitability targets.
Manage product lifecycle and pricing policy.
Attend customer meetings to win new business and exercise thought leadership.
Manage the P&L for assigned portfolios.
