Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe; end-to-end product delivery.
• Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace/Office Suite.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP); Databricks desirable.
• Strong SQL proficiency; basic Python knowledge.
• Ability to evaluate P&L, manage price risk, and link technical solutions to measurable business outcomes.
• Leadership, decision-making, and clear communication across technical and executive audiences.

Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) in the North Zone of Mexico City, near Toreo Parque Central.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager - AI & Data Products to lead the transformation of complex Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives into scalable, governable business solutions. This role will drive product vision, backlog prioritization, and ensure alignment with financial outcomes (P&L) in digital and e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Product & P&L Management : Translate business goals into sustainable product initiatives, balancing ROI with price risk accountability.
• AI & Data Governance : Turn AI and advanced analytics into secure, scalable business bets.
• Agile Leadership : Define and manage product backlog, lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maximize delivery value.

Essential Skills & Requirements
