Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented QA/copywriter to manage product listings and content on our AU client’s site. You will verify information, update descriptions, upload new products, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure accuracy and timely publishing.

The role requires strong English communication, solid Excel skills, and at least two years of relevant experience. On-site work in Taguig, Philippines with immediate start.

Qualifications

• At least two years of QA, copywriting, or product listing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Verify new product information for accuracy and completeness.
• Review product names, descriptions, images, and other details.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and report it.
• Organize products for easy website discovery.
• Coordinate with suppliers on data submission.
• Explain the submission process to suppliers.
• Upload new products to the website.
• Edit and improve product descriptions and content.
• Check products before they go live.
• Update existing product information as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Suggest improvements to the product upload process.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of relevant experience, including QA/copywriting/product listing updates
• Good computer skills, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to identify errors and suggest solutions.
• Able to learn and follow processes.
• Good written and spoken English.
