Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Product Lead for Lending & Trade Finance regulatory reporting. You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery, leading a multidisciplinary team and coordinating with stakeholders across business, technology, finance, and compliance.

You will drive onboarding of new entities and products while maintaining governance and data quality standards, shaping strategic technology direction and regulatory reporting capabilities.

• Manage delivery across international teams located in the Netherlands, ING Hubs, and India.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and ensure value delivery.

We're looking for a Product Lead to join our Lending & Trade Finance Services (TFS) team within the Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting. This is an opportunity to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, influence strategic decisions, and drive the evolution of regulatory reporting solutions across a global banking organization.

Role Summary

As Product Lead, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of products that support regulatory reporting for Lending and Trade Finance businesses. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and business analysts while partnering with stakeholders across business, technology, finance, operations, risk, and compliance. You will play a key role in integrating new entities and products into ING's regulatory reporting landscape, improving data sourcing and reporting processes, and simplifying complex technology environments.

About the Team

You will be part of Global COO Finance (COOF), a global organization responsible for finance operations, process optimization, technology strategy, and regulatory compliance across ING. Within COOF, the Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting delivers and supports regulatory, statutory, liquidity, ESG, COREP, FINREP, and statistical reporting solutions for ING worldwide. The tribe operates across multiple countries and works closely with global business and technology teams to support ING's ambition of becoming a fully digital bank.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage delivery across international teams located in the Netherlands, ING Hubs, and India.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage value delivery, and solve complex business challenges.
• Ensure products remain compliant with regulatory, audit, risk, and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and reporting processes.
• Develop and grow a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and capability building.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to shape future-state solutions and technology strategies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Around 10 years of experience in banking, finance, product management, regulatory reporting, lending, trade finance, or related domains.
• Strong experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Proven background managing products, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Deep understanding of Lending and Trade Finance processes, products, and data flows.
• Experience working in complex international organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile ways of working and modern product management practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
