Job summary

Vera Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a curious and ambitious Intern to join our Product team. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to real product decisions, from writing user stories to shaping mockups, working with a cross‑functional team building software for nonprofits and foundations around the world.

Your day‑to‑day will include product documentation, market research and trend analysis, and assisting with product requirements and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; no prior experience required.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit to a 1-year internship.
• Hands-on experience from college projects or personal initiatives.
• Familiarity with Jira/Trello/Asana, Figma, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documentation tasks such as creating and updating product manuals, guides, and procedures.
• Conduct research on product features, market trends, customer preferences, competitor analysis and present it to the team.
• Assist in feature design including creation of mockups.
• Assist in writing product requirements – User stories, One pagers and PRDs.
• Assist in product support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the team and follow up on assigned tasks sharing regular progress updates.
• Support team leads/managers by completing assigned tasks and providing resources or assistance as needed.
• Support team meetings by assisting in preparing agendas and taking notes/minutes.

Position Overview

Your day‑to‑day will span product documentation, market research and trend analysis, and assisting with product requirements and roadmap. Close collaboration with team members across the department will be key to keeping milestones on track.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in documentation tasks such as creating and updating product manuals, guides, and procedures
• Conduct research on product features, market trends, customer preferences, competitor analysis and present it to the team
• Assist in feature design including creation of mockups
• Assist in writing product requirements – User stories, One pagers and PRDs

• Able to commit to a 1 year internship
• Hands‑on experience building something technical via college projects or personal initiatives
• Basic familiarity with Jira/Trello/Asana, Figma, AI tools

A modest stipend will be provided to help offset cost of living and commuting expenses (if applicable).

Paid Time Off

PTO days are prorated in accordance with your internship agreement and includes local and company‑wide holidays.
