Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Product Specialist to drive product development and innovation across categories (Swine, Poultry, Gamefowl, Rabbit, Pet, Aqua). You will conduct market research, lead product/program development, and manage products through their lifecycle to support revenue growth and brand building.

Responsibilities include benchmarking pricing, coordinating with QA/production/sales for prototypes, and developing promotional initiatives to strengthen market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develops tools and methodologies for product research and ensures product development follows the full process from idea to commercialization.
• Leads product management activities: assess lifecycle, action plans, monitor results and report sales/financial performance.
• Develops short-term marketing and promotional programs for assigned product categories and collaborates with sales to implement them.
• Provides inputs to Diamond program educational materials and other sales/marketing programs requiring product information.
