Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a Product Engineer to drive improvements in supplier manufacturing facilities. You will support yield enhancement projects, assist with product characterization for new requirements, and optimize test times and process flows to mitigate capacity constraints.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (BS/MS).
• New graduate or 1 year in Electronics Engineering function.
• Good scholastic records with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and drive improvement activities in Supplier manufacturing factories.
• Provide technical assistance on yield improvement to increase product yields and reduce scrap.
• Characterize products driven by new requirements or post-release activities.
• Lead test time reduction and simplify process flow to alleviate capacity constraints.
• Conduct product qualification work for new materials, fabs, or processes to reduce full factory cost.
• Sustain product performance and yield management in supplier factories.
