Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Product Engineer to drive supplier manufacturing improvements.

You will lead yield improvement initiatives, provide technical assistance on new product qualifications, and help reduce scrap costs while ensuring the performance of products produced at supplier sites. The role requires hands-on testing and analysis, experience with analog and digital circuitry, and familiarity with test equipment and lab tools.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering with 2+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in yield improvement, test time reduction, and process-flow optimization.
• Proficiency with JMP and PDF Exensio is desirable; LabVIEW knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement activities at supplier factories to boost yields and reduce scrap.
• Provide technical assistance on new product qualification and characterization.
• Drive test time reductions and simplify process flows to improve capacity.
• Sustain product performance and manage yield across supplier operations.
