Position Title: Product Engineering Lead

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of software products while ensuring high technical quality and innovation. Contributes across the technology stack including database scripts, APIs, web, and mobile development, while promoting best engineering practices and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and stakeholder expectations
• Lead the team in designing, developing, and testing product enhancements
• Deliver software upgrades using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Present system designs, timelines, scope, and risks to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical debt with long‑term solutions
• Mentor team members and provide training on new technologies
• Ensure quality output before SIT and UAT handover
• Promote best engineering practices across the organization

Qualifications

• BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑starter and fast learner

Technical Skills
