Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of brokerage products and services. The role translates customer needs into viable solutions, drives cross-functional execution, and engages senior stakeholders to advance strategic priorities.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years in financial product development or related roles, with solid knowledge of investment products.

• Lead end-to-end product launches and changes, coordinating with investment management, business channels, trading, legal, compliance, risk, finance, tax, operations, and technology.
• Act as the enterprise subject matter expert for assigned products, supporting complex matters and representing business in governance forums.
• Rationalize and consolidate products to improve focus, optimize resources, and support revenue and growth objectives.
• Ensure disciplined product support and a consistent client experience across business units for new launches and material program changes.
